These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Air Strap. Please read carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.

To Cancel a Current Order

If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order with Air Strap you must email:
enquiries@airstrap.com or telephone us on 0161 4392340

Once we have actioned your request you will receive an email confirming the action taken, should you receive no email within 3 days of your request please let us know.

Damaged Items And Delivery Mistakes

In the event of any goods being delivered faulty, damaged in transit or
incorrect according to the delivery note/invoice then we must be notified
within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no notification the
customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We
cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or
failure to deliver by the courier company. Liability in those cases is
limited to the value of those items, which are shown not to have been
received by the customer. We are unable to refund any postage costs unless
the item was sent in error or damaged upon delivery, in these cases we will refund the current price of postage according to Royal Mail's tariff.

Returning Goods

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us.
Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so
within at any time up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. To return a
non-faulty item the product must be in its original condition. Once an item has been
worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is
found by the manufacturer to have a fault. Should an item be returned with
no fault but in a used condition we will return it to the customer.
In the event of wanting to return a non-faulty item please enclose a letter
including your name, address with the product that
you are returning, stating your reason for return and what you'd like done once
we receive it, we will then (if possible) action your request within 14 working
days. If we are not able to turn your return around within this time we will
email you.
